Face-to-Face Traige
A telephone assessment may not be appropriate for all cases. In those circumstances we will provide a face-2-face assessment with a case advisor or healthcare practitioner or this can be a directly recommended following telephone triage. This can assist those people whose livelihood maybe at risk to see if early intervention and support may allow them an earlier return to work. We are happy to work alongside employers and our customers to facilitate this.
